 Primer stick to anything, even plastic.  Just don't over spray it.  Make sure to sand it down after the primer is used. You might wanna use prep-wipes to remove those grease, wax, ect...I suggest use dupli-color as you paint.  Try to look for those High Performance wheel Dupli-colors, their more dorable paint.

When applying the final colors, make sure to take your time.  1st spray it with light final colors and let dry, & then spray it the same amount of light colors and let dry.  Continue this cycle untill you reach the colors that you want.  After your done putting the final colors, use a sponges and wash it with water, untill you have the smooth finish.
