that only proves my point more. so with closed bolt the bolt is closed, then it opens the balls drops into the breech the bolt closes and the ball is fired. with open bolt the ball drops into the breach bolt closes and ball is fired. the last 2 steps are IDENTICAL, so how in any way do the action of the bolt moving backwards to allow for the ball to drop make the ball/marker more accurate????? the only advantage of closed bolt is you wont have a ball get by the detents like you will in an open bolt. (and it can be quiter then SOME open bolts) |
