you cant use clear because if paint breaks inside your hopper they cant tell if it was in the hopper or outside of the hopper, there have been disputes over calls so they just ruled out clear hoppers.

ah here it is nppl rules

6.39 Loaders must be made of a solid color, and stickers on loaders or other feed devices
will not be allowed except for one 2” by 4” sticker on each side of the loaders or other
feeding devices in any color, excluding protected paint colors of pink & orange.

I have a friend who took his clear egg and got it dyed red. He did it by
boilg water and some kind of red stuff and dipped the shell into it

oh thanks, i didnt realize he was talking to me. and i would go with the halo too, but that is just becausei hear eggs shells, are well like egg shells, they break easy... haha

I like it.  I haven't had any problems.  I wish would have saved up the extra cash and bought an impulse.  But all in all, I like my autococker.
