My latest creation is a work in progress. Here are the specs so far: - CQB front handguard - 7.5" Lapco big shot barrel - E-Grip - JCS folding stock (seen folded...duhhhh) - Ben Tippmann M-16 carrying handle - M-4 removable mag kit - Weaver mount vert. front grip - Hogue grip cover - custom textured paint (black) You don't have to rate it. I've just never seen anyone post a gun with the front hand guard and mag kit. both of which came from Opsgear. |

Thats my favorite one of your guns so far, I give it a 8/10 because the parts came from opsgear.com if you made them it would be a 10

Actually, it's not a new gun, it's just a "re-do" of a perviously build up. |

FINALLY!!!!! I get too see that mag kit, and that front grip. Do you
have any mp5 setups? i dont remember but anyways that front grip would
be perfect for a mp5. Very sweet. Where did you pick up the hogue grip
cover?

No offence but the mag kit looks like crap. I know it was opsgear's intention to make it easy to install, but it just doesn't work that far away from the trigger. If you could modify it to fit over the gasline, and mill out the half trigger guard in the mag connection area, it would look a lot better.
Sorry if that came out too harsh. Edited by Tolgak |

Ya it does look a little silly, just look at it you can see where the
trigger would actually sit, but i dont know if i like it as much as
just a mounted clip.

Nah, it wasn't to harsh. Sniff, sniff. I have to agree that I was a little surprised at the mag kit being milled where the trigger should really go, but it's not THAT BAD!!! I may try some modifications of my own later, but at $64.95 - not just yet - know what I mean? I did order an MP5 mag kit too and might try it sometime later. I still have some things to do this project. When i complete it, I'll post more photos and we'll judge it then - fair enough? |
