It's about as close as anyone's ever gonna get to converting a pgp to a cocker therefor it is considered a cocker. maybe the thread starter didn't want to write "Pgp that has cocker parts". I think you get the idea

I love that thing, it operates like a cocker, its just a PGP with palmers conversion, and an eblade was put on.  Difficult but DAMN awesome.
