Yeah, apparently the "dual jett" thingamabob can fly off and hurt somebody. I guess that would hurt, but I'm sure a screw-on tank would hurt more.

That's really old.  There was a recall on them though.  Some plastic piece around the 12 gram was breaking and it shot the 12 gram out the grip.  They then put one of the few metal parts on the gun.
