I guess go play in some tournaments and put your name out on the market. Win some tournaments, talk to some local shops, make some connections with important people.
NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil.

go to your local shops bars and pubs and just ask they will most probbaly pay for paint and probably tourney entry.

Why on earth would they "just pay for it"? No incentive at all for them to shell out their money to some schmuck who is too lazy to make his own money.
