Actually , Yes I did.  I saw that very picture a while back at the time that I was moaning about not having the money to go out and buy the drop forward that I wanted to get and that started the whole thing.  You are my inspiration man!  I did change up the directions of the bending though a little bit and from there I did a few of my own things.  I have a few progressive pics that show all the transition stages.  I had quite a bit of fun with this one.

Like the job you did on smoothing out the body. If you just painted the other parts black it would be better. I like your folding stock. Very original.
