The one is electro pnuematic, and also comes with an eye if you buy the actual marker.

Dude both are electro pnuematic. and tes comes with an eye and so does
the one. I personaly say the one because it is more reliable and can
get higher rates of fire, and lighter trigger pull. Also has better
resale value. But tes's are still solid guns
