Lightningbolt,
I never had an E-Grip, but you are right, my A-5 has been drug through mud/dirt/water/fired while under water... You name it! |

I could have swore you were showing me the E-Grip at TWC. Must have been one of your team members. I remember once instance when we were working a tape line together and you were crawling so low in the weeds I had to call you on comms to see if you were still there. You had crawled up about 20 yards and I didn't even see you move up. |

You do know that inorder to use a reddot, you do not need to have an unobstructed view through it, don't you?

What you talkin' 'bout Willis? What is a "fleck"? fleck P Pronunciation Key (fln.

[Probably from Middle English flekked, spotted; akin to Old Norse flekkr, spot.] |

I Figured it out!!! My A-5 is an older one. The older ones had a more glossy finish. The newer recievers are not as shiny. Edited by bobapunk |
