my cousin has a truck much worse than that, yet it still runs. it doesn't have any brakes though.

its not illegal it just doesn't have brakes and its pretty cool cuz the bed of it is like a dump truck

the white stuff on the door is smeared up paint

and yeah the BM reg performs well
