metora, I got a couple more questions . where did you get a tippmann effect board from? how much did it run you?

pbn, i guess the seller knew one of the guys from effect
and i did have a whole bsi setup, but the board was fried, so i traded the board, noid and like 50or so$ for the effect board

lol, no if you put a 5,000 psi gauge on it wouldn't run 5,000 psi.. Its about the springs buddy. I figured that if Smart parts was going to make a gun that runs off of < 300psi then they wouldn't have springs in the reg that would go up to more than twice over because people would be blowing guages everywhere and it wouldn't be as effiecient tuning at lower pressures.

Now that I come to think of it 300psi is pretty good, but I think that ebolt will cycle down to about 200psi ish, just with very little fps, then it won't strike the valve hard enough to shoot, but it will still cycle.

And my "thats and ugly gun" was reffering to the picture, in the movie it looks decent, but I think the ion reg is ugly as heck. You should rip the cover off it, it would kinda resemble the cocker reg you had on it before which is much better looking.
