Here's some new pics of my 98 custom.  It has a 14" Teardrop, double trigger, 3000 PSI nitrogen tank, and a blue paintjob.

If you would redo the letters in silver or not have covered them it would look better or you could mill them off.

8/10 keep upgrading and make the gun glossy

The paint job was done last summer (4 coats), and it has really taken a beating (even with the 4 clear coats on top).  I will repaint it this summer.  I was thinking of green.  Next to come is probably one of those E-Grips that are supposed to be comming out soon.  I originaly saved up for a female palmer kit, but I found a great deal on that nitrogen/compressed air tank.  It came with an electric pirahna, agitated hopper, and some parts for $80, and I couldn't pass it up.  Now I have to sell the Pirahna and hopper (hopefully to get close to what I paid for everything together).  I wish I had to money to upgrade it to it's full potential, but I am always broke.  Thanks for the comments and advice.

Mike, I think you told me that when I first painted my gun and posted the pictures.  Anway, my brother told me to leave it black, but I didn't listen to him.  It was a paint to paint anyway because it was plastic and I didn't sand it enough.  I think that it and the elbow would have looked nice black.  As for the letters, I was really close to painting those a completely different color, but it looked hard to do.  I might sand down the letters and use some of my brother's black touch up paint that he uses on his truck to paint them.  BTW, if you look closely, the screws that hold the reciever in are also black.

I am thinking of painting it again really soon.  I am leaning towards green.  This time, I am trying to score some automotive paint from a friend who's dad owns a body shop.  Then I was going to use another friends airbrush thing to paint it metalic green.  I want a paint that will shine so that my gun looks more professional.

As for the upgrades, I am planning on getting an e-grip and a hopper at the same time, but I think one may have to come before the other.  If I can get a job this summer between football practice, though, I may be able to get both and save up for a reg.

Again, thanks for the comments and advice.
