   I agree with everything but I think when they joined would be a better way of routing out cheaters. I am not going to vote but I couldnt anyway because I have 20 posts but I joined a over a year ago. Id say if they join a week or before then they cannot vote.
Otherwise the rules are pretty cool to me.
