I always knew the Halo B was a force feed. I thought tippmann made strong stuff. Somone on the forum said otherwise. I am a bit concerened, dont wanna spend 130 on a new hopper that will not serve me well. No points off for halo or tippmann, just a little concerned. People with 98c and the Halo B would help alot.

Huh? Please be more specific.
Are you asking if the ball detent will be unable to handle the Halo B? If so, bear in mind it has paintballs brushing on it at 300 FPS, it should be able to handle a force feed hopper |

I believe what he is asking is if it will push the paint past the Detents. This is a problem with spyders with only one detent or old detents. I believe the Tippy detents can handle the Halo. I have not heard of any complaints so far.

if it can handle the q loader, then it can handle a Halo.

It only feeds what it needs to. Its not like the Halo B spins and loads more balls than what is shot. It just replaces the balls that were shot, no extras.

Yes, but it constantly pushes down. Never gave it much thought, but then some evil forumer confused me and said "too harsh for detents, idiot" on some forum out there... just checking. Dont want all my paintballs to be spilling down my barrel when im not shooting :-P

What if he plans on upgrading his gun later, then he will need a Halo B. It saves you money in the long run.

personally, I'd laugh at someone with a halo B on a tippmann.
It's like putting a damn spoiler on a 4-cylinder POS: doable, but
completely unnecessary...
