so i just bough a tippman 98 r/t ps today and in the package came a small baggy with a long black tube a spring with loops and a regular pen type spring and a note that says "new and improved sear spring should be installed on all 98 custom/pro markers dose that mean i have to install it my self or its already in there? and i just have a extra?

It is not an extra, the sear spring that is in your 98 right now is not as strong and flexible as the one you were given. They do the same thing with e-grips and rampage boards. You must replace the stock spring you got originally in the gun.
