Hey everyone,

New issue today... I have a Tippmann Model 98 with a stock barrel.  Fires great,  no CO2 leaks that I can see... however,  it only fires well when I screw the barrel in like 75%.  Whenever I screw it in all the way - and I don't even torque it all too much - the ball does one of two things;  it either gets stuck in the barrel or it kinda just sputters out.  Its almost as if the barrel is blocking something or suppressing it.  Any ideas,  gentlemen?  All help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Joey

I have never heard of a marker not having enough power to push a ball through the barrel. Are you sure it isn't double feeding? If that's the case, you may need a new detent.
