How did you paint the plastic pieces? I was trying to figure out a good way to do it but all I could come up with is to lightly sand them so they have a rough surface so the paint will stick somewhat better. Also, does the paint chip off the plastic easily?

Desert Whookie has a great stickie on painting in the upgrading and customizing section of this forum. It really helped me out.... As far as prep on the plastic pieces all I did was sand them with a wet/dry sanding sponge just enough so the paint would have something to grab onto. I am getting ready to paint my other A5 along with 3 of my fellow team members A5's so I will post more pictures in the future. |
