HPA Fill Stations!??!?

   Im upgrading to HPA very soon. I'm on a very limited budget so I'm going to buy a small HPA tank-47ci 3000psi. Then I my friends and I are going to chip in and share the costs of a scuba tank with fill station so that we dont need large, expensive HPA tanks. Before I do all this I need to know the best HPA tank for under $80, and where I should find a scuba tank.

	try any kind of welding company im sure they have co2 tanks and they may have scuba tanks. another option is a dive shop. their old tanks are made of steel so they are reallly heavy to wear so they dont use them anymore. u will probably have to have it hydrotested but it will be worth it. all the scuba tanks used now are made of alumunum and they are very expensive so ur best bet would be look for an old steel one
