Actually, the last word was that the "no nerf" part of the ban has been recalled. You still won't be able to use any home made launcher however. Launchers manufactured by a business are still supposed to be allowed.

So watch out for those crummy ones ive seen on ebay. If its made from pvc pip you probably cant use it

Well, last I heard was that nerfs are back, but have to be used with company manufactured launchers, meaning that you can't make your own and use it at DDay.
