   I recently bought a Halo LCD Backman. It's a great hopper with all sorts of bells, whisles, and settings; most of which are self explanitory. But there is one that I'm not sure on. One of the settings is "Time Out." All I know about it is "A low number (setting) is recommended for markers with high rate of fire" and "a higher number (setting) is recommended for markers with lower shot counts." Anybody know what I'm talking about; and if you do, do you know what it is?
