On Target Paintball and Assault Force Productions present:

“...Bogota Control, this is Flight 1027 out of Calamar... we have come under small arms fire and are increasing our altitude...AA battery positioned on hills northeast of Rio Guaviara has opened fire on us...taking evasive... ...been hit, left prop smoking...on fire, losing control...going down...repeat we are going down... “

Bogota, Columbia: Two key informants scheduled to testify against Menedez Cartel leaders, Miguel and Alonzo Menedez, were being flown in an orange Commander 500B from Calamar to Bogota. On the flight with them was a small team of US Special Forces serving as pilot and body guards until the trial was over. Bribing airport employees, members of the Menedez Cartel found out about the flight. They alerted rebel forces they have been funding which were operating in the jungles and hills between Bogota and Calamar, a small town south of Bogota. The rebels managed to bring the plane down with some well placed AA fire.

If they can manage to capture (or kill) the survivors and destroy any evidence remaining the case against the Menedez brothers will collapse. Once free the Menedez brothers could use their vast wealth and militant connections to disrupt the relative peace Columbia has come to enjoy.

US forces operating out of Bogota International Airport, as part of a drug enforcement mission have been deployed to rescue any survivors, recover important documents and taped testimony, and eradicate any rebel forces encountered.

Compared to some other promoters it might seem bad, but usually their cost on paint is $70+ for questionable quality paint. Plus I've been to some events where the field is nowhere near as clean as this field is. Field Paint here consists of X-balls Gold, Silver, Bronze and for the budget baller they have some white box stuff. Hopefully with more support in the future some events will go up to 2 days. This is more of an introductory event trying to spread scenario play in the middle Georgia area at one of if not the best field in this particular area. Thanks anyway for the reply.

Good paint is often the deciding factor on whether a field (or producer) is good or not. What are the paint prices like? I can't find it on the site anywhere.

The normal price for white box is $40 and the xball series I think starts at $50 for bronze. Silver and Gold I think are $55 and $60. For current prices it is best to call the field at 478-714-2003.
