Hi guys, I made a BULP loader for my Phenom, well, any cyclone.

You can check it out here:

BORG is way cool in the designing stuff. A couple mods on mine, but BORG gets the credit.

Now Tippmann could probably make and sella few of these. Raw parts cost around $22US

I like BORG's stuff, but this isn't really an idea. This is a good example of modding, and it should be left to modders. If Tippmann made all this stuff, then were would be nothing left for modders to make.

I have some crude pictures of my prototype, but I can make a video soon. I was planning too anyways for my team's Cobra Lair section on Youtube.

Borg has a couple different versions. He mentions using a stock cyclone hopper, but he uses a TAC-Cap.

I used a stock cyclone hopper. The new hoppers coming with the phenoms are offset and won't work very well with this mod, so future makers may need to use a TAC-Cap if you can't find a stock cyclone hopper to cannibalize..

To make the expoxy fit around the cyclone neck, you will need a TAC-Cap anyway, unless you are adapt at miracles or something of that nature, to get the neck seal as close as you can around the BULP loader and the cyclone neck. The BORG video doesn't go into that. If you guys get stuck, I will let you in on how I did it.

You could prolly fool around with some thin PVC pipe and fittings and get something similar as well.

Wouldn't you have to tilt your gun forward as your paint ran lower?  Seems inefficient to me.

from the picture, it almost looks like there is an agitator of some sort in there, like a corkscrew that would keep them feeding...but i don't really know, im just guessing from the pic...
In the broad spectrum of bad ideas I think this would have to rate somewhere between running with scissors and sticking your pecker in the toaster.

It's designed for folks who like to run with limited paint.  While the ramp inside requires that tilting is required every once in a while to keep the cyclone filled with paint, the ramp also allows the cyclone to hold more than the standard 20 or so that would normally fit in it.  (It keeps them from rolling back out.)
