If the reset didn't work then send the grip into the Tippmann service department located in Belgium for replacement. Call 32 (0)52 46 33 05 to schedule the return. Thanks.

Hi everyone.
I now have a tippmann X7 phenom but it seems to have no luck.:( This is my exact problem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHgPOVSNf0k I did the factory reset but the problem still persists.
