The A-5 E grip is in need of update, make it more like the Crossover.

I like the way the Crossover powers on/off the electronics via the selector switch.  It has no power button.  It powers on only when switched to the electronic mode via the selector switch.

The A-5 E grip has a awkward hole that needs to be poked to turn on.  It seem redundant to have a power button.  Using the selector switch would simplify things.  Have the E grip turn on when the selector switch is on the two firing modes, and turn off the electronics off when the selector is on safe.  Have a 2 hour auto shut off, if left on a firing position without firing.

Move the LED to the back of the grip frame.  It makes programming E grip without having the barrel pointed at you.  Also put some sort of rubber grips on the E grip.  The current hard plastic is uncomfortable.  While you can currently get after market rubber grips, they cover the batter cover.  It makes changing the battery harder then necessary.
