i just got a j&j ceramic barrel 12" for my a-5 will be using it this weekend for speedball any j&j ceramic user got any tips ?was this a wise choice for a barrel?all i use is evil paint if that accounts for anything!

  Yes, good pick. The J&J Ceramic is an awsome barrel. Evil paint is good with the barrel. Did you know that if you bust a ball in the barrel all you have to do is shoot a couple balls and it will clean itself using the balls. it is teflon coated so its very smooth. just dont buy any large size paintball. evils will work. good choice!

Good paint choice for a good barrel.  All I have to say is be careful and take care of your barrel.  Anybody who says they chip easy prolly dropped theirs on a rock or something.  But one thing, shouldn't you have made sure it was a good barrel BEFORE you bought it.  Or did you do research and just didn't say?

i did research it. my buddy's use these on there 98c's aswell and had a lot of luck with them i also traded for it even though it is new i got it for free so i think i did alright. (i switched to hpa recentely and traded my co2 tanks to my local pro shop for thi barrel.) thanks for the post...mintsbro
