Look at www.bushrag.com . They make some really nice suits and you could maybe base you suit off of theirs. Those should work, but make sure you put pieces of your environment into the suit as well.

get camo burlap, found at most hunting stores, and sew a net on the back of some kind of camo coveralls. cut the burlap into strips, and tie them as well as some yarn onto the net. then with the burlap, pull out the horizontal stitches.

Use all colors of the enviroment that you will be playing in, always make something so you can attach natural foliage to it, like sewing or glue-guning elastic srtips to it under the burlap, i used an old BDU jacket for mine, turn it inside out and all your pockets will be on the inside of you ghillie, a nice touch. make sure to also make a seperate bush hat or use a hooded jacket. Go to http://www.ghilliesuits.com. They have a kit where you pick all the colors you need and you put it together yourself. I think its $40-50.
