id swapp the 50mm? for an ACOG, maybe even down to just a RedDot that looks like a scope, that much magnification is unnecessary, cool looking, but awful for actually using.

Thanks for yor comments :
Very true , but the scope gives the effect of a sniper rifle. An ACOG would not give the same effect. With this scope, it ccan be used in a game were I am out of range to asisst my team as a sniper also with distance reconaisance, this is all accomplished with a simple twist When I get back in range I can simply adjust back in.
The visual effect of the marker is why anyone changes the look of the marker. About 50% of mods are cosmetic

I'd spring feed it instead of cyclone :D
Also, I believe tiberius makes a red dot with no magnification that looks like a scope. |

Dude that M40 is pretty sick, I have to say that it is almost the niciest sniper rifle that I have ever saw, second only to the other guy who did a Cheytac. Really, I am impressed, You did a really nice job. And yes the scope can be usefull, I do have one on one of my marker that the magnification starts at 2x. At 2x you can even actually use it to aim during a paintball game. The problem with most people is that they use for paintball a scope that starts at 4x, like a 4x-9X. That is pretty much useless. Mine is a 2x-6x and it is perfect. It is not so much that scope are useless, it is that most of the time, people don't get the right one for paintball. |

Looks really cool, you've done some nice work. I am guessing it's ungodly uncomfortable due to the trigger positioning though. |

Looks awesome in my opinion. At a quick glance it looks like a real rifle. How long did that take to finish?

i like it, very unique.. does it weigh much?
i think you should think about milling the front lip down, it pokes out the bottom.. not a big deal, i didn't notice it until really looking it up and down a few times but just a thought.

i wouldnt bother with the acog, it would destroy the "old school" look of the gun. Great Job with the kit, where were you able to get the custom stock for the A5? I think my next job will be working on getting a m107 custom.

Looks awesome.
M40A3 is one of my favorite rifles. I was wondering if someone had a M40 mod for the A5. I just bought an A5 last week, so been looking at different different websites to get an idea of the kind of mods out there. Again, Great looking rifle. |

did you order a kit for this gun or did you just take materials that you had sitting around and made a m40? Im interesting in trying to turn my a5 into a m40a5 sniper. If you can please get back to me it would be such a help. |
