Sorry to dissapoint you all but I'm back from Winnapeg (well about 2 hours north of it) and first off I wanna say thats some of the most beautifull country I've ever seen, I'll post some pics later this week, Caught two 30 inch pike (which I have a picture of to prove it) and some other stuff. And had a pretty good time.

But props to you Canadian forumers... Its freezing up there, how do you stand it all year?

The racoon shortage is realy hurting the production of coon skin hats and jackets. Good thing we have lots of bears and caribou. Now I need to go trade some shells and rocks for food and clothing with my native neighbors to the north.

Go back to manitoba in December, if you think its cold now it will get even colder then. Or go to the Yukon, NWT or Nunuvut and see what -40c is like.
