    Posted: 30 June 2005 at 10:40pm

me and my friend found a Tippmann Factory F/A (yes i know its old). and we need some help in fixing the cyclone feed. (maybe we could switch it with a A-5 feed some how? that might be a stupid question)

and the gun works great except for the fact that the cyclone feed only rotates 1 time for every 3-5 shots... being that this gun is so old i really cant find much info on the internet and dont want to mess with it untill i find out how to fix it.... if anyone has any info on it or would know how to fix that please email my friend at farmboystrong@aim.com

Congrats on such a great gun.

I'd suggest calling tippmann and asking them what you can do about it. They'd be your best bet if you can find a tech that knows what they're talking about.

A-5
E-Grip
JCS Dual Trigger
DOP X-CORE 8 stage x-chamber
Lapco Bigshot 14" Beadblasted

Optional setup:
R/T
Dead on Blade trigger

Heh, the only thing I know about the F/A, is that it uses a spring instead of gas.

well the loader won't rotate unless it has paint in it. It uses a spring and the spring tension winds against that first paintball in the loader. If there is no paint the loader will just spin freely.

Also theres no way to retrofit a cyclone on there.

Well maybe, but not easily. The F/A doesnt use a CVX valve.

Works on a spring that you have to wind. It will just spin without paint. I don't think you canretrofit a cyclone to it. . . easily.

Man can you post pics of it. I have never heard of a F/A before but it sounds pretty cool.
