	it should be in blue on the box or in the manual and if you new anything about paint marker mechanics take it apart and you should be able to tell.

	it didnt say anything on the box about it, but the manual had the act sign by the little pic of the gun i was wondering if there is any way to physicaly tell on the gun and i am kinda woried that if i take it apart it will not go back together right...

	i thought the little peice of linkage that was in the upper part of the gun was it.

	It will say ACT underneath the production number on the side of the marker right above the grip. That's where it is on my custom pro.
