Ok ive asked a similar question like this before, but anyway:
I have a 68/4500 tank now i can fill it up to 3000 all the time without it doing any damage right. Like say, if i want to get a scuba fill station and a tank it would be ok |

The buddy system is essential to your survival; it gives the enemy somebody else to shoot at. |

Filling it up to 3000PSI is no different than filling it up to 4500PSI and shooting it down to 3000PSI. Filling it up less will not cause any detrimental problems. It may actually make your tank last longer, due to less stressful cycles of pressure fillings.
And don't take this the wrong way, but how did you become a Gold Member? I know the process of becoming one, but I was wondering what you specifically did. |

yeah, filling a 4500 only to 3000 will do nothing to harm the tank
