in an add in Paintball Magazine for the 98c one of the features on it says "Hyper Shot" trigger system. it also says the same thing on the box it came in

thats probaly another name for the responce trigger. the RT is a little piston behind the trigger, which actuates with each shot quickly reseting the trigger while your finger is still on it. its basicaly full auto, but technicaly not.

The Tippmann Model 98 integrates high performance with ergonomic design. It features the Hypershot Trigger System with a 3-pound trigger pull -- one of the lightest on the market. This system eliminates the heavy trigger pull and large amount of play found in most other markers. i think i figured it out now. i guess thats what they call(ed) the trigger assembly so people think "Wow! With a 3lb pull, i can shoot really fast!" |

yea, it's nothing special, just a promotional name for the normal stock trigger.
