why dont you get a solenoid from a spyder electra. those are short. and you might want to change the capacitor on the board to make the solenoid push with the right amount of force. I've never seen the inside of an impulse but from the pic it looks like the battery and solenoid are mixed up. |

noid goes in the empty space in impulse frames. then they should mill out the frame to fit the board. this eliminates the whole crapload of space that the noid tray takes up
