so i am going to buy a J & J Ceramic for my A-5, but i wanted to know if the length of the barrel realy matters. so would you choose the 12" or 14" and explain why. and yes i only play woodsball.
EDIT: if you think the 14" is right for me, would i be best geting a two piece? like this one : http://tinyurl.com/olgev Edited by Zyros - 30 April 2006 at 4:41pm |

Any barrel thing over 14" is overkill. It doesnt help accuracy and uses more gas. I have a 12" On Both My A-5 and ION. 12" is just the right length, not to long, but long enough to reach around bunkers.

I have a 14" and it works wonders. Better at working around bunkers than a 12", but still a great length.

I like the 12" better for the woods, but a 14" would be good for airball. |

NO!!! Not at all. You could get an 8" bigshot and it would have the same accuracy and range. It's all personal preference, and 2" will matter very very little. Just pick one. |
