Possibly the hose isn't completely sealed into the power tube.

check simple things like the o-ring on the c02 tank first.

Is the hiss coming from the ends of the hose?

if your comfortable doing so, and your sure where the hiss is coming from, remove the air line, put teflon tape around the threads, and thread it back in.

if your not comfortable doing this, bring it to a shop or call tippmann.

Before doing anything drastic, make sure you cock the gun before you put the tank on. If the gun is uncocked, sometimes the bolt puts enough pressure on the valve pin to open the valve a little so when you screw the tank on, the air leaks right out. Another thing that sometimes causes this to happen is liquid CO2 getting into the valve. I noticed that if you screw a CO2 tank onto the gun while the tank valve is facing down it can allow liquid CO2 into the gun and cause the valve to get stuck open (especially if it's not already cocked). Cock the gun, then put the tank on and see if the problem persists. If so, try to isolate exactly where it's leaking from. Is it leaking at the air hose, down the barrel, etc.?
