I know this is a stupid question but here it goes anyway.  Will my co2 tank completely hold all my co2 until i use it on game day (2 weeks from now)?  Or does it very slowly leak out like a balloon does?  My friends usually give me a 30 minute notice before we go out so I fill up right away and now I have the date in advance so I filled up early.

Yeah it wont leak unless you have a broken pin valve.

You replaced what "O" ring? The one around the outside end of the valve that gets screwed into the ASA?

That "O" ring has nothing to do with retaining CO2 in your tank from play date to play date...unless you store your marker with the tank screwed into the ASA.

If you store your tank that way, then all bets are off. All of your CO2 COULD leak away from play date to play date. Your tank should be stored detached from your marker and preferably with one of the aluminum safety caps screw on.

The internal seals of the pin valve, if in good repair, will hold the CO2 for years. If there is a small leak, installation of an aluminum safety cap with a new neck "O" ring will also prevent a leak down. If there is a leak from the pin valve it should be fixed rather than depending on the safety cap to prevent loss of the CO2. The safety cap is still a good idea to prevent damage of the tank valve and to prevent dirt from entering the pin valve area.

Dirt around the pin valve can get carried inside the tank when you refill it. This dirt can later lodge in the sealing surfaces in the neck valve and cause a leak.
