IMO you bought a marker with "rails" on it...USE them! Yes it will make the marker heavy-r but who cares?! Your not playing speedball  !! I see it as a nice look otherwise. Maybe some kewl paintjob and go nuts with the inside parts. If your getting the egrip for it I strongly suggest the "QEPH". And of course some other items (all up to how fast you want to shoot).

Your sling will be much more comfortable  (and look a heck of a lot better) with a picatinny swivel mount.

Here is one example (I use this one and love it), but there are thousands out there.
