dont buy anything over 16"  A bigger barrel does nothing for performance.

www.countypaintball.com

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

They sell the A5 w/ E-grip installed for around 350$ and just add a barrel and your good to go... (I reccomend on getting the J&J Cemaric) oh and if you could squeeze out 31$ you can get a  Dead on. 8 Stage X-core which will help out the E-A5 tremoundsly, and a new Steel Braided hose, w/ (2) 90º Fittings, and 5 o-rings...

this is goin to be my first paintball gun. the place i play pocolocopaintball.com doesnt allow auto paintball guns so the e-grip would probly be cool and all but pointless. i kinda want to stick with the a-5 but thanks for ur info panda man.

i was thinkin about the flatline barrel cause the guy i saw was nailing ppl from like 200ft away but i heard u lose some speed but i guess that may be a myth.

how would u rate the 14" progresive barrel to the flatline?

when it comes to loosing speed with a flatline you dont, 280 fps is 280 fps no matter what barrel its coming out of.
