Newbie Needing Carver One Help

Need advice on my Carver One.  Right now, I need a better barrel.  The stock 8.5" barrel is just not cutting it when I play.  Accuracy goes down when shooting at targets over 100 ft (but less than 200ft).  I purchased a 14" barrel that was rifled but I don't find it as accurate.  It shoots well over 100 ft (straight) but not as accurate.  The grouping of shots are irratic with that barrel over 100 ft.  Any decent barrel out there that uses 98 threads?  Please let me know.  Thank you, everyone!

also paint selection is important when attempting to increase accuracy. Drop a few paintballs down the barrel to ensure the paint smoothly rolls down the barrel with a snug fit before purchase, if you can.

Distance, no . . . as you should still be chronographing your marker to the same speed or below.  Accuracy, possibly . . . it depends on how bad the velocity fluctuations you were getting with CO2 were.  (The way this works is that compressed air is more stabile, i.e. the pressure output is more constant than the pressure output of CO2 which can vary widely throughout the day depending upon external conditions and can even differ between shots dependent upon marker setup and how the marker is being used.  This variation in pressure causes spikes or dips in velocity which can affect accuracy.)
