I’ve always been a stainless and cast iron guy but now I do the cooking and my GF does the dishes and she prefers non stick. Is there a certain kind of non-stick pan that is better than others?

I kid you not, get the target-brand ceramic coated heavy-gauge aluminum and you'll never look back. Can get a full set with lids for sub $100. |

Got a big ceramic TK MAXX deep pan (i'm not a chef)
It was great for maybe 6 uses. After that the 'ker was sticking like a sheep in my grandpa's welly boots. So id stay away from unknown brands fro TK (J) maxx, That's all I have and i'm sorry for getting involved but I really hate that pan. |

I bought a ceramic pan/pot set from Costco. I went far too long without these, worth every penny.
