Can anybody tell me, or better show me, if the Opsgear M4 handguard fit the Sierra one... I'm afraid the top picatinny rails won't aline properly... Thanx.

Not sure exactly what you are asking. The picatinny rails on the Opsgrea M4 shroud, if I am not mistaken, will line up to wherever you want. The shroud is held in place with set screws and slides over the barrel so you can adjust however you like.
