neither one is better they just mate diffrently

a male connector goes into a female connector

so if you get a male then you need to buy a female hose and the otherway around.

My Setup
98 Pro-with ape board
14" Tear Drop
Dye stickys
32 Degrees Rear Velocity Adjuster
egg with y-board
12vt Revvy with X-Board
Sanded Trigger
homemade magnetic trigger

The only difference is the places where they are installed.

I believe male is the same place you would put an X-Chamber, and female is on the asa or something like that.

^right the male replaces your foregrip and the female is designed to run like a bottom line. the tank would screw into the female end and then the air line would continue from the regulator to the marker.

Or you can get the "direct" which screws in virtically directly into the valve. You then connect the braided line to the Stabilizer.

the vertical adapter is the cheapest because it is $70 and all you need are $15 mounting rings. I got mine installed like 2 days ago and it makes my gun look a lot better especially with my bob long mini guage.

^^  The FEMALE is the cheapest because it is the one that onlt needs mounting rings.  I think that steel braided line connects to the female easily.  The male requires a VA, new fittings, and new lines, bringing you to a grad total of over $100 compared to $87.  If you get the stuff from County, there is a coupon code for $5 orders over $50, but I foregot it.
