Part size and preasure release?

   Hi there 
I'm starting a prodject on my own and need som advice on parts and their size (inch)
I would have taken the measures my self but I don't have my A5 at my house.

The part size I need

The inside measure of the female tank adapter and the male adapter on the co2 tank that goes into the tank adapter.

Adjustable preasure release.

The point is to connect my tank to a ''prasure release valve'' with a spring triggered button on top (fire once and close when releasing the button).

Anny sugestions?
