The Pin valve on one of my CO2 tanks is leaking after shooting with it
and unsrewing it. Is it worth it to try to fix or should I just get a
new one?
Thanks Edit: I just remebered I also have an on/off switch I bought off ebay. Can I install this myself as it would fix the pin problem. Edited by eaglesin05 |

Leaks at the pin valve are usually caused by a faulty o-ring that the valve pin seats against, or perhaps ome trash that has become lodged between the o-ring and the pin. To check the leak thoroughly, the tank valve has to be removed and the o-ring removed and inspected. |

If this is the case, don't do it yourself, bring it to a paintbal field where the people know what they're doing. |

Take it to a qualified technician to be worked on. Air tanks should
NEVER be repaired or modified from home unless you absolutely know what
youre doing.
