Hello again forum, I need your help... yet again. I've
searched and read and read and searched and I
finaly decided to get a female palmer. I bought a
guage and a ring mount. I have a dropforward/stock,
so mounting should be easy. But I found no post on
installation!
So, naturally I have some questions, Well.., alot
actually .
I've heard some people say to get it done at my
proshop, but I'm sure I can figure it out. Or am I just
another newb with a stabalizer?
My other question is, can I use macroline with Co2 or
do I need steel braided?
Thirdly, What macroline/steel fittings will I need to
attach it to the stabalizer and tombstone adapter?
Will the elbow in the stabalizer fit macroline?
and, How far do I screw in the guage?
Sorry about the barrage of questions but I don't want
to screw it up. If anyone with female stabalizers
could let me know of any problems or suggestions
on anything! Please reply, I've seen some cool
quick disconnects on them and if thats not hard to
install I'd be really interested. Thanks in advance to
anyone who replies

Installation I believe comes in a manual with the stab. You can uses Macro line with co2. The elbow that come with the stab is for steel braided not Macro line, screw in the guage until it does not leak.

It's like installing an ASA, if you have a straight line fitting for macroline you can insert that into the 90degree on the stab. If not a 90 macro line can be put in its place. I recommend teflon tape or plumbers putty or locktite on all screw fittings to avoid leaks, including the guage.
If you use macroline, it acts like a quick disconnect, if you use steel braided, you need to buy a quick disconnect separately. Go here for the parts www.countypaintball.com, or you can also go to www.palmer-pursuit.com - they have all the parts you might need. Palmer ships USPS which is faster depending on where you are in the country. Hope this helps
