i know what they do, but would they be useful in a high pressure system (CO2)? or are they just for nitro use?

The palmer and a couple or regs work well with both co2 and HPA but most only work well with HPA.

HPA = High Pressure Air. It's a high pressure system too.

A regulator will work the same on C02 or HPA (so long as the regulator can handle C02). It provides more precise control over the airflow with either gas system.

However, HPA provides more consistency, because there is no chance there will be liquid that is going to enter your marker, and there is no expansion from a liquid state that takes place.

have you read the geneva convention, it is not illegal to deprive someone of their sleep, or to walk them around naked. do not call them criminal, some have been charged with abuse, but from what i can remember the law states that you are innocent until proven guilty, let the courts decide. and besides the only reason that you can open your big mouth and express your opinion is because an American troop went to a far away land and died for your freedom to express yourself and now you feel you have the right to question their methods.

don't get me started i have brothers and sisters risking their life this moment so that you can sleep peacefully at night, this is a personal issue.

A regulator can work with high pressure and CO2 as long as it's designed to. Some regs can only handle up to 400 psi or lower and aren't made to work with CO2 so obviously those won't go too well with a 98c and CO2. A palmer stabilizer is more flexible though and can handle high pressure systems and CO2. Not all regs can do this though so just make sure they do before buying. In general, most regs are designed to function at low pressures with nitro rather than CO2 so if you're looking to put a reg on a gun running on CO2 at 800 psi then you'd better make sure the reg can handle it or there will be problems. My stabilizer works very well at high pressures when using nitro, I haven't used CO2 with it though. I've got my A5 running at like 600-700 psi right now because I control the velocity with the reg instead of the velocity screw.
