are auto cockers hi pressure? meaning i would have to have a high output nitrio tank?

Those are two different questions.

You want to use a high output pressure tank on your cocker (800psi +), but the inline regulator on the gun lowers the pressure down to 350 psi or so, which is the operating pressure of the gun. The LPR then lowers the cocking pressure even more.

So cockers are low pressure guns, but they take a high pressure tank.
