For computer graphics class i decided i would make a 3d model of my paintball gun
http://gritto.2webh.com/images/Paintball_Gun.jpg - My gun right now
i posted my gun a while ago, but now i made a 3d model of, which i like a lot better than the real thing
I have 3 views of it in stills
http://gritto.2webh.com/images/body.jpg - Angled
http://gritto.2webh.com/images/bodyFP.jpg - First Person View
http://gritto.2webh.com/images/bodyside.jpg - Side View
give comments about anything in either image, i also had to make a music video with it, which is a REALLY short clip, because of the long rendering time, and i had a week to make it, i'm making an extension right now, but as for now, this is all i have
http://gritto.2webh.com/bryce/paintball.wmv - Movie
Thanks for any tips/comments

How do you make computer representations of it? I mean, what program do you use and how do you input the graphics?

no, thats my actual gun, ask ms2013 i met him in person quite randomly, and he recognized me from here, it is a small world, good to see you again
i used Bryce 5, even though i dont like it too much, i had to use that program for school, and i used that for the still modeling, and made it into an animation, and i added the rest of the tidbits in windows movie maker
right now i'm trying to make a third person animation, just a simple little matrix spin on a guy jumping around the corner with the pball gun, its rendering as i speak. if anyone needs to talk to me online, my AIM is senseless228
thank you for all the comments

I wanna see anyone in here flaming him to animate something, design it, and do all that, and post it here, if you can't then don't talk crap about his.
Good job man!!

thanks hybrid. btw, the 13 seconds of animation i had, took about 5 days to render on a SCSI hd, i dont want it to be minutes long, that'll take weeks to render, let me see yours if you're gonna put mine down for idiotic reasons.

Old thread but anyway.
I dont know if bryce has a layout image option where you can pick a
file from your computer to be set as a background in a view, but its
handy if it does for getting proportions correct.
