Enjoy.

how on earth do u get motion blurs on ur camera from a gun on the floor! lol.
first of all, is it actually comfortable ? WHERES THE TRIGGER?! and, holy thats worst than mine .(*check my link )
wat are u planning to use to make the shape of the bullpup? if you are including the metal shroud that extands from scope to stock.

I would scale it down but I really dont feel like it...The back grip was moved to the front allowing me to tuck the marker closer in.

A bullpup is a rifle that is shortened without sacrificing barrel length, the gun is made shorter without using a smaller barrel.

The Bullpop/pup design is that the trigger is placed BEFORE the clip, (i.e. Expansion Chamber). Therefore the gun is closer to your body when held.

Besides mangling the 98 to make a Bulpup design, there really is no point in doing it to a paintball gun. The entire point of the Bulpup design is to make a compact, yet still very accurate assault rifle. (Putting the clip at the back allows for a longer barrel that runs the length of the gun, not juts sticking out the front) But since its a paintball gun, you dont need like a 20 inch barrel to be accurate.

sorry to bump up this post....
I have decided I will make my 98 look like a bullpup styled gun as well, however, mine will look like a GIAT FAMAS assault rifle Here is a website with alot of interesting facts about the FAMAS and hundreds of other guns as well: http://world.guns.ru/assault/as21-e.htm - http://world.guns.ru/assault/as21-e.htm
Anyways, I plan to start my FAMAS off with a Stock, then I will do the sight, and then I'll figure out something to cover the rest of my 98 with to look like a FAMAS, and to top it off, an 8" Lapco Bigshot. I'll have a little feature in my website ( http://www.clan-war-ops.com - www.clan-war-ops.com ) in the paintball section on my project, and in my sig you can see a little pic I made cuz I was bored...

The bullpop isnt actually a real firearm. You obviously play to much retail version counter strike. ( Since I know this I obviously play to much counster strike). See the name of the rifle is actually the Styer Aug. But when counter strike went retail they had to change the names of all the firearms to fake ones so they wouldnt have to pay royalties. This is one example.
Aside from that, unless you put on some serious other pieces to make it look more like an AUG it just looks kind of dumb. But if this is just the first stop, then good job, cause i bet that wasnt easy.

Yeah exactly bullpop may be a name for something that deals with fire arms. But it isnt a firearm. For if it was counter strike would have to pay rolaties. This is why you see patches that you can download for retail cs so you dont have all those names. If you look at these pics you can see that he is really talking about steyr aug. http://world.guns.ru/assault/as20-e.htm - http://world.guns.ru/assault/as20-e.htm

As a couple of others in this thread have already pointed out, a
bullpup is a long-arm (usually a rifle) in a more compact configuration
than traditional designs. The trigger group is placed in front of the
action, thus eliminating the need for a buttstock to extend back behind
the receiver. Essentially, the receiver becomes the buttstock and this
is what achieves the goal of a shorter rifle. The good thing about this
design is that it is more compact but still allows a standard length
barrel to be used so accuracy and muzzle velocity of the projectile are
not compromised.
So, all bullpups are firearms, but not all firearms are bullpups.

Well, so far its more ingenious than anything you have come up with.
If I had the time and the money to burn, I could pull out all the stops and get all the internals working mechanically. Unfortunatly, I don't, but if you would like my insight into how to get the trigger firing shoot me a PM.

Ohhhhh, now I understand how your going to make the trigger assembly work (E-bolt).
I also an idea, what if instead of having the co2/compressed air tank under the barrel instead using a remote and locating the Q-Loader there? It would make the whole bullpup assembly a bit more compact.
Either way, I can't wait for the updates.

I was going to use a remote, but I really dont like remotes becuase I feel they hinder movement and get in my way.
As for the trigger, there is alittle room below the ball detent that I should(if all goes well) be able to squeeze a trigger in there.
I have finalized what I have planned it to look like, Ill see if I can get a pic up.
EDIT*

That is an about what it is going to look like, but there are some huge size differences that make this pic look like the uber-crap.

Any more progress? If it turns out I say it'll be a sweet compact gun for speedball, woods, and scenario, but I think you should do like Daniel Webber said and mount a Q-Loader back by where you have the X-Chamber, it'll really lower the profile and make it alot more compact. Can't wait to see it finished.

yeah man i think you should relocate the tank, just might feel wierd cause your center of gravity is goin to be near the front so your gonna have to constantly hold it up. i think remote lines are the answer but you said you didnt like them, so i dunno, but yeah please show some updated pics of it.
and towards that project famas... (wildfire) i cant belive how well the 98 would go into the main part of the real gun, it seemed like it was meant for it
but to both of you, they are both looking to have potential and i hope you guys can make these things work

I changed the look once more, I decided not to go with the q-loader and attempt to make my own 28 round clips that look simalar to the p90s. I moved the air source to the barrel area for something to hold onto and act as a trigger guard.

And yay, I got the trigger on with the grip thingys(scientific term)

Oh and I still am going to put the x-chamber on (cuase I put WAY too much work into it just to leave it off), I just left it off for the pic.

I figured if I have the back butt plate which is ganna wiegh a good amount, I should have something to balance with, aka the 9 oz.
Yeah the back grip came off harder than I thought it would. lol.
Seeings how Im not ganna be able to get HPA for along time due to money and noone around sells it, I dont think I will worry about it.
I picked a 9pz because it is light and holds enough air for this application.

Now it's starting to take form, I'd just take a dremel and clean up the cut mark on the back, maybe you could also hook up the asa at the bottom of the trigger frame. with acouple of elbows and the right length hose you could put the tank facing backwards again, plus it would put the weight back into the center of the gun making it more balanced.

first of all....this isnt a true bull-pup design. this is a simply customization. to make it bullpup, you would need to cut off a good portion of the gun, and you wont be able to do that because of the location of the bolt, look for an A-5 if you are really interested in making this a bullpup.
second of all......how the <poopy> did you get that trigger to work? if it works, ill tell you what...your a better man then me.

A bullpup is designed so that the barrel takes up most of the length of
the gun. All the items that support the gun, as in the air
supply, the trigger, the feeding, is designed so that the gun is no
longer than the barrel. Have you ever seen how long a 98 with a
flatline and a tank in stock form can be? If he is able to pull
this off, I would be very tempted to try it myself.

If it hasn't been properly explained:
A bullpup has the clip behind the trigger, so the barrel starts there, it actualyl goes into the stock (The back of the gun would be the stock I'm guessing) no if he puts a 12" barrel on it, and he pulls the trigger with his front hand, his other hand can go on the barrel, so the gun is super short, yet still has the accuracy of a 12" barrel.
